- Ph.D degree in law + Chinese BAR - HK Stock IPO experience - Expert in providing professional legal advices, identifying and minimizing potential legal risks, as well as legal & compliance management, such as: drafting and reviewing various contracts and other legal documents (contract templates, legal policy, guidelines, handbooks. etc.); supporting for large business projects, including legal support on business negotiation, document preparation, government approval and registration process, and work with, manage and supervise appointed external counsels as necessary; establishing, managing and supervizing internal legal & compliance procedure & process - Well acknowledged with the industries as follows: nuclear, security & protection, Chinese private education, medical and hospital, real estate, culture & tourisme, as well as related laws and regulations - 5 years+ experience in multi-national company - Strong communication skills - Fluent in English, French, and Chinese (written & verbal) - Self-motivated, hard-working, detail-minded, team player and ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision
Control & prevention of legal risks during the business operations at cooperate level as well as project level, including: - setting up and managing group legal support system; - drafting legal management rules & processes as well as monitoring their application, such as legal risks control system, lawsuits and disputes management system, contracts management system, intellectual property rights protection system, insurance management system; - reviewing contracts and legal documents; - participating in important projects, negotiating, drafting and reviewing related contracts, such as overseas cooperation projects, M&A projects; - settlement of lawsuits and disputes, such as labor disputes, trademark infringements; - legal support for ensuring the compliance; - staff legal training; - management of external legal counsels.

Provide legal support to all AREVA Group’s business activities in China regarding corporate and projects (JV, Bidding, etc.), notably: - Draft, review and negotiate various legal documents, contracts and agreements (Purchase contracts, sales contracts, Confidentiality Agreement, TT, TA, JV Contract, AOA, LOI, MOU, etc.); - Develop, maintain and update contract templates & GTC; - Develop, maintain and update internal legal policy/guidelines/handbooks; - Develop, maintain and update internal legal databases; - Manage legal issues related to insurance, competition/anti trust, labor disputes, bidding; - Staff Legal training; - Manage external attorneys; - Participate directly to business negotiation.
