- Drive the innovation process and new technology development in product management. - Work with cross-function teams, especially with R&D on new technology and innovations; play a critical role in product development, especially from an engineering and design point of view. - Product optimization at a deep technical level, support product manager to manage products which fit to new applications. - Pro-active co-creation on new products with external network, focus on barrier coating technology development, identify and evaluate suitable co-operation partner (convertors, suppliers, customers, brand owner…), support and provide technical support to product manager regarding product specifications, and raw materials development. - Project orientated, moderate and lead technical discussion and collaborate with product manager, production and external partners. - Close communication and coordination with European technology team, align technology strategy implementations.

Sourcing manager leads the category specific sourcing strategy implementation, manages the daily procurement operations and responsible for process and team competence development. Responsibilities/Main tasks: • Works with business stakeholders and global category managers to ensure Direct material sourcing strategy is defined, aligned and implemented at Changshu Mill. • Establishes global and local supply market knowledge and drive cost saving activities/projects with stakeholders. • Manages the overall supplier management processes, including: spend analysis, supplier qualification, performance management, supplier audit and supplier development. • Plans, directs and coordinates the daily operations to improve procurement efficiency. • Develops processes and ways of working with key stakeholders and suppliers for continuous improvement in cost, quality and compliancy. • Leads, coaches and supports local team to develop organizational competence in sourcing.
