As representative of Chinese party from Tianjin National Software Export Base, be a member of Sino-Indian Cooperative Office which is supported by NDRC, take part in negotiation with Indian partner - TCS, to setup the Joint Venture – TCS China. Reported to company and other Chinese parties, help to get the biggest benefit of Chinese party during the negotiation. Assist TCS to develop marketing and clients, promote TCS to development in Tianjin
