Price & margin study: study quotation change from 2010 to 2012 on 120 key volume styles from 6 suppliers, prepare report for buyer. Product development: Follow-up 470 key trims sourcing progress, participate in new product development, study quotes and compile weekly report. Supplier performance study: based on 2009-2012 margin, audition, return and delivery SAP data, evaluate supplier performance and make report (25 suppliers and 200 styles per year in average). Raise preliminary conception of comprehensive assessment benchmark for supplier performance, and complete basic requirements analysis for sourcing and quality. Sample check: assist in finish product sample review. Take part in backpack benchmark project and make report for 4 products.
