• Lead cross-functional teams partnering with computational scientists for next-generation therapeutic development (antibody, VHH, mini-binder, enzyme) for various diseases (BBB, LSD, autoimmune, oncology), ML/AI model development, and de novo protein design pipelines optimization, • HTP platform development for drug screening and and AI/ML biological data acquisition, • Data-driven, wet-dry close loop-guided next generation drug development, • Oversee U.S. site operations and partner with executive leadership to shape research direction and strategic planning.
• Led high-throughput protein drug screening and data acquisition at the Seattle Center, focusing on CADD collaboration, library design, surface display, and HTP assay development, • Promoted global collaborations (Novo Nordisk research centers, academia, industry) in de novo drug design, nanobody/antibody ML modeling, AAV gene therapy, and automation platform development, • Oversaw reporting, mentor scientists, and contribute to publications and patents.
