About

Principal Engineer at Marvell | AI-Driven Design Automation Explorer | Innovator in Analog and Mixed-Signal Design Flow Methodology With over a decade of experience at Marvell, I specialize in revolutionizing design flows through cutting-edge automation and AI-driven solutions. As a key member of the AMS Design Flow Methodology team, I’ve built a career on leveraging Perl, Python, and web-based technologies to create robust databases, APIs, and document search engines that streamline our design processes. Over the past two years, I’ve been at the forefront of integrating AI into our workflows, pioneering the use of vector databases, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents for RTL generation and simulation. My current focus is on expanding AI-driven solutions, including: - **Web-based chatbots** for seamless team collaboration. - **Semantic search engines** (inspired by platforms like Glean) to enhance knowledge retrieval. - **AI agents** to automate and optimize design flows and simulations. I’m passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in semiconductor design by harnessing the power of AI to solve complex challenges and drive innovation. My mission is to create intelligent, scalable solutions that empower engineers and accelerate the future of technology. Let’s connect if you’re passionate about AI, automation, or the future of semiconductor design!

    • Digital IC Design Engineer
      Oct 2014 - Jan 2025 · 10 yrs 4 mos

  • Intern at ZTE
    Sep 2011 - Sep 2011 · 1 mo

As an intern, I had to take courses everyday to learn about standards and applications of SDH, GSM, OTN, WCDMA. The instructor also showed us the real base station and how devices functioned. Later we were asked to write a report on optic communication.

  • Intern at China Market Monitor Co., Ltd.
    Jul 2011 - Jul 2011 · 1 mo

It was a hot summer in Beijing, where I took subway three hours a day to travel between my school and the company. The Company's business is to provide electrical home appliances manufacturers with latest market information. My job as an intern was to collect the latest market information about consumer goods and retail of electrical home appliances, and to analyze product retail statistics and build document with forms and graphics. I learnt fast and got on well with my colleagues. The most important training I had in those days I myself think was to be a man of discipline and to communicate with people.
