- Lead in all technical enquiry from Internal Sales Team in Malaysia, with regards to supplying industrial gases to end users via various gases Bulk Tanks - Lead end-to-end project management, including engineering, design calculation, proposal preparation, attending technical clarification meetings, costing/ budgeting, resources/ manpower allocation, equipment selection and procurement, attending kick-off meeting and project progress/ review meeting and etc. - Conduct material/ contractor sourcing for costing and internal proposal preparation, work closely with the Buyers to ensure most cost-competitive design - Evaluate the technical & commercial submission of contractors and material suppliers - Ensure the design of the system is in compliance with Linde Standards, statutory regulations, and applicable codes/ accepted engineering practices
Cover Oil&Gas industry and general industry including F&B and oleochemical Responsibility: 1. Lead FEED project bidding, including technical proposals, cost estimation, and product model selection. 2. Handle customer enquiries and prepare technical and commercial proposal 3. Perform sizing, prepare quotation and respond to any technical enquiries 4. Provide support to sales engineers to meet annual sales target for both Transwater and its Principal(s) 5. Implement marketing strategies to meet defined goals 6. Prepare order entry documents for awarded projects
Key achievements: 1. Successful to pique around 3-4 clients' interest (per week) to visit the showroom and have further discussion on the project 2. Successful to invite clients to join the event Responsibility: 1. Confer with clients by telephone to provide information about projects or invite them to the events 2. Perform daily operations tasks including handling clients' reservation and confirmation of booking 3. Keep records of clients' interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. 4. Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients 5. Following process and procedure of the Company
Responsibility: 1) Develop, establish e-action tracking for PSM action items 2) Ensure recommendation are closed as per requirement 3) Establish and tracking process safety KPI inclusive:- a) Minor leak reported as per UCUA and anomalies b) Other leaking indicator c) Monthly report 4) Promote operation safety case 5) Provide support to process safety support to operation and facility 6) Involved in Dispersion and Explosion analysis conducted using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
