E-commerce strategist/consultant for global and local brands. Lead for Lazmall brands overall growth + sales % contribution to fashion category – through a/ acquisition b/ develop + enhance brand launch SOPs/playbook to be implemented to the category’s workstream c/ selling of marketing solutions package - Establish, govern and execute joint business plan between brand partners and Lazada, targeting to achieve monthly and annual sales targets; by optimising Lazada’s robust digital customer journey ecosystem + Build strong relationships with brand partners, while providing commercial and marketing strategies to grow their e-commerce business within Lazada. - Develop commercial strategy at a brand and category level to ensure growth on sales, assortments, customer repeat purchase, increase of customer’s basket size, quality of customer pool, brand visibility and ensure impeccable customer experience + spearhead cross-functional departments/agencies such as logistics, warehouse, finance, tech, marketing, designers, and media agencies for brand and campaign launches. - Work closely with brands to build pricing strategy and commercial mechanics + develop digital marketing strategy, ensuring online and offline traffic initiatives are driven to the brand’s flagship stores + finding ways to tap onto brand's offline marketing initiatives. This includes forecasting sales targets through analyzing data from past performances to form innovative ideas that can be successfully operationalized into an effective marketing campaign. - Strategize key trends to ensure thematic campaigns for Lazmall brands. Work with marketing, CRM and traffic team. Consequently, lead the commercial team on deal hunting for their respective brands across category. Review performance and establish key takeaways + improvement for next campaign. - Gatekeeper for brand launches – Linchpin between the commercial team and traffic team. Conduct deal reviews + marketing plan with the team
Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific, Unilever, Heineken and New business 1/ Development and implementation of communication strategy, creative idea and production for all accounts -Johnson Baby, APAC: work closely with the planning director to build strategy frameworks, aligned with the client’s marketing objectives to the respective APAC markets. My role is to help regional clients implement strategy framework and assets to the APAC markets -Unilever, Singapore: work closely with the account planner in the development of social and digital strategy for accounts under the Unilever retainer. Amongst others, KPIs include, sourcing for new businesses; strategizing the scope of projects and prospective Unilever accounts -Gatekeeper for clients and creative team to ensure the creative work aligns with the strategy, client’s marketing objectives and adheres to the brand guidelines without compromising the quality of work. Project management lead- responsible for driving the entire creative development process – including resource and timeline management, brief writing, concept/strategy development, final production, and quality control 2/ Budget Management for all accounts -Gatekeeper for client's and agency's finances -Assist Business Director in development and negotiation of modular cost frameworks for pitches -Negotiate and drive cost conversations with 3rd party agencies/vendors within budget allocated -Drive and work closely with clients and Account Director for yearly and quarterly scope planning 3/ Central Management point for other agencies, research houses, media/shopper agencies and suppliers -Johnson Baby, APAC: central point of contact for the respective APAC markets, media agency and ATL agency. -Unilever, Singapore: as the account lead and brand guardian, help clients manage their 3rd party agencies. Unilever (Lady’s Choice, Lipton, Hellmann’s), Kimberly Clark (Huggies, Kotex, Kleenex), Julius Baer and Coca-Cola - Independently run multiple campaigns for all accounts simultaneously- new product launches, brand relaunch, thematic/seasonal ads, 360 campaigns, new initiatives. - Deeply involved in strategy planning to substantiate an insight, creating an idea, up to delivery of final artwork at the production phase. - Point of contact for Ogilvy when working closely with other agencies like Mindshare, Barrows, RGA, Millward-Brown. - Involved in account budget planning internally and with clients.
IBM ASEAN and IBM Growth Market Regions (GMU) Midmarket Portfolio Lead (IBM ASEAN) - Lead planning sessions internally and present campaign plans/recommendations to clients. - Plan and project campaign maps, analyze business priorities for yearly and quarterly planning without supervision. - Point of contact for clients and colleagues to reach out to for the Midmarket business. - Independently run campaigns per quarter for the Midmarket portfolio- inclusive of execution, campaign planning and media reporting. - Consolidate data/information from clients and media team- assist with the analysis of data to provide recommendations. - Comfortable with managing budgets, including preparing initial and final costings, ensure billings are made in a timely fashion, negotiate creative and production cost with 3rd party vendors. Proven Practices Library Lead (Growth Market Unit Region) - Promote and encourage usage of the library across the Worldwide Ogilvy group and encourage the adoption and adaptation of proven practices. - Point of contact for clients and colleagues to reach out to. - Work with IBM GMU PPL Lead to track ‘replication’, usage and submissions across the region for reporting purposes. - Work with Program Leads to identify key issues/challenges faced by markets (ie. "hot topics") and source for, as well as recommend proven practices from across the regions. - Produce a Proven Practice monthly newsletter to update on key topics and activities of the month. This newsletter is circulated within IBM, Ogilvy and GPJ
