I am relentlessly focused on target KPIs and what actually moves the needle. None of this matters if this does not result in tangible outcomes that can be shared with relevant stakeholders (founders, C-suite, investors,...). As such, I don’t deliver 100-page PowerPoint decks; I deliver a strategic 1-pager.
