As a Peer Mentor, I lead consistent 1:1 check-ins to support my mentee’s transition into college by building trust, offering real guidance, and keeping them accountable. I help them stay on top of academics, manage time, and navigate challenges while also connecting them to campus resources when needed. I also support their transfer goals by helping them clarify priorities, stay focused on requirements, and take practical next steps toward their plan.
