Lead veterinary services for Greencross Pet Wellness Company. Greencross is Australia's premier integrated pet wellness organization, offering a comprehensive range of products and services through brands like Petbarn (retail) and Greencross Vets (veterinary services). The company operates a wide network of pet stores and clinics, along with Specialty & Emergency hospitals and pathology services, aiming to make our world a happier place through the love of pets.
Led Bond Vet, a veterinary de novo platform, through its critical scale-up phase—expanding from a fast-growing startup into a leading multi-state provider. Focused on operational excellence, talent depth, and unit growth while building a durable foundation for long-term success.
VCA owns and operates free-standing veterinary hospitals for Primary, Urgent, Emergency and Specialty care. I led U.S. Operations (900+ hospitals with 30,000+ team members including over 4,000 doctors), Marketing, Pricing, Innovation, as well as Real Estate & Development groups through a period of strong growth.
Led key Support Office groups including Talent Acquisition for Doctors (DVM) and Credentialed Veterinary Technicians, Marketing, Pricing, Innovation, Client Experience, among others. Also responsible for hospital groups in Japan (VCAj) and Brazil (Pet Care). Completed successful refresh of 35 year-old brand and achieved record hiring of doctors and nurses.
Led a group of General Practice, Emergency & Specialty Animal Hospitals across the Midwest through strong organic and M&A growth (130 hospitals, 4,000 team members).
DaVita is one of the nation's largest kidney care organizations and premier healthcare operators with over 2,600 dialysis centers. I led field operations for one of their fastest growing groups, located in the Dallas area, that helped expand access to high quality care for patients through de novos, acquisitions and physician joint ventures.
Alpha Disability and Freedom Disability were startups formed to expand access to disability benefits for U.S. citizens and veterans of our armed forces. I joined in the early stages as Marketing Director and helped grow it to the largest of its kind in the U.S, leading Marketing (digital and direct-response television), Operations and Finance.
