NGL Golf is a golfing event company that runs commercial and charity events across the UK and Ireland. I worked on the Porsche Golf Cup (summer-long tournament), Justin Rose Ladies Open and Lexus Monty Day teams managing various aspects of administration and logistics. Key responsibilities included: - Competition entry registration: registering competitor details in Excel, recording handicaps - Client relations: Handling competitor and tournament promoter questions and enquiries on each event - Event logistics: working with event management to prepare and pack all event-related equipment (signage, scoreboards, scorecards, promotional merchandise) - Event set-up and teardown: driving to/from each venue, sometimes five per week nationwide, ensuring all on-site equipment was assembled and ready in good time - Venue liaisons: Working with venue General Management and other staff to ensure smooth running of the event - On-site client registrations: enrolling clients and competitors, educating them on the venue, competition format and rules. - Competitor relations: being available at the half-way point to answer any questions, check and record progress. - Caddying: for Colin Montgomerie
