    I started working for Waste Management in March of 2018. I am responsible for picking up product in Asheville NC and delivering to Homer Ga. I have recently taken a promotion as a Lead Driver, as of April of 2019 for this company. My responsibilities now include the following: I lead the launch meetings for 4 launch groups which include safety topics and sharing information to keep drivers up to date on changes. I build weekly schedules for each driver on Excel and assign trucks for each day. I also work with drivers with supervisors assistance in scheduling time off. I work with mechanics and drivers for needed repairs and assure safe operations and reassign vehicles during break downs. I send out morning reports through email to all proper channels that include production for the day as well as down truck reports. I monitor all drivers on Fleetmatics as well as review DriveCam video and offer advice as needed by management. I report to my local supervisor and do other duties as assigned by him. While doing all of these duties I also drive when needed to assure production numbers are met. During mechanical break down that happen during the day I communicate with drivers and mechanics to get drivers going in a timely fashion. Lastly I perform any and all duties that the Supervisor does except carrying out disciplinary action.
