My role is to support Children Services to understand and use performance information to improve services and the outcomes for children, young people and families. I work closely with individuals and teams across the department. And am key in ensuring that performance data is accurate, collected on time, presented in an accessible format and performance monitoring deadlines are met.
I have been working along side the Performance and Information officer role as a Dog sitter and have been studying and training to be able to offer training to my clients. I have completed several courses with IMDT along with personal study to expand on my learning. I offer loose lead training and 1-1 bespoke training to my clients.
As a Logistics Coordinator I was responsible for all company, employee, client and supplier logistics with client facing elements. This includes – Taking in and following up leads. Quoting and estimating. Liaising with clients and suppliers. Managing and ordering materials. Scheduling staff. Project tracking - Financials. Document and drawing preparation.
Within my role as an Information Systems Analyst, I was responsible for one of the systems within the council, working alongside colleagues and business partners to ensure the system was appropriate for the needs of the business. This Includes Support the configuration of the system and assist in the diagnosis of system errors and problems Deliver classroom training and one-to-one support and develop bespoke training courses Work with key business leads to develop assessment tools that support social care requirements Support the testing of upgrades, changes and modifications to the system Liaise with senior colleagues, other IT & Digital support teams and suppliers Create user and system-level documentation as appropriate to the needs of the system Resolve incidents and support requests in addition to these responsibilities, I additionally ran a project group to develop the system working to improve how the system worked, and growing features within the system further.
