Worked on TAO, Meta’s geo-distributed and eventually consistent data store that provides online social graph access for product applications (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus) and other backend systems at Meta. TAO serves over 10 billion reads and tens of millions writes per second on a changing data set of many petabytes. Team expert for the ephemeral social graph workload, a TTL and write heavy workload; social graph data integrity, privacy and deletion; and data store's global replication and consistency.
Built Indeni's cloud security and network automation platform backend. Developed a data collection and processing (anomaly detection) microservices, scaled the system to process over a billion of data points a day, and implemented a data warehouse solution for collected metrics on AWS using S3, Kinesis and Athena.
