Coordinating all foreign trade activities of the company.
Mechel group purchased Ramatex end of 2010 and after end of 2011 all purchasing and logistic activities given to my responsibility.
Planning purchasing of steel semi product basing on sales target of sales department + current stock levels, doing necessary connections with suppliers at Russia, Ukraine, Europe and China to optimize cost and quality level, doing purchasing contracts and following orders until materials enters to Ramatex warehouse.
Thermaflex Form is Holland - Turkish joint venture company producing low density polyethylene isolation materials. Job was responsibilities are exporting Thermaflex products to 30 countries close to Turkey and importing raw material from Holland; Austria and Switzerland. After I jointed to the company in three years time export quantities inreased 3 times.
Opening company’s representative office there and had worked as Ukrainian office manager for four years. We were buying steel products from mills and traders; and following the materials until they left Ukranian ports. As conditions in this country changed we closed office and I left the company.
