I am a Yoga instructor with several specializations: yin yoga, yin yang yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa anusara based yoga, aerial yoga, pregnancy yoga, wobbelyoga and yoga for children as of 2,5. My self-owned yoga studio is located in Dilbeek, Sint-Martens-Bodegem amidst relaxing nature. I offer classes and trainings to companies, focussing on mental health: YOGA, RELAXATION, BREATHING TECHNIQUES AND MINDFULNESS. Colleagues will be able to handle stress more easily, which will result in more deep sleep at night, and an overall positive mindset. Moreover, they will soon feel more energized and have a better immune system. Sessions can take up 45 to 90 minutes, and groups can count up to 25 people. LIVE ONLINE YOGA Given the Covid16 virus, I offer Live Online Yoga classes, and it works just fine. Employees login from their own working space, at home or in the office. TEAMBUILDING Levenscirkel would be happy to welcome you in the self-owned Yoga studio for your perfect teambuilding that meets all your needs. You can choose out of several formula, in which yoga or mindfulness takes one part in your programme. An interesting combination in meeting, teambuilding, and taking care of the wellbeing of your staff. MEETING ROOM Organizing a meeting at Levenscirkel is also possible.
