Continue to manage the Talent Acquisition Team at Flagship. Additional responsibilities as the HR Business Partner for the Administrative Team and Executive Assistants at Flagship. Have also taken on responsibility for our HR Systems including our HRIS.
• Manage a team of recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators covering hiring for 32 early stage companies in the Flagship ecosystem as well as Flagship HQ hiring. • Work with Talent Analytics to create dashboards providing insights, training, and process to the business. Use data to identify optimal approaches to building and retaining teams with equal focus on superior scientific talent, diversity, and culture building • HRBP for administrative staff (30+) including all workforce planning and performance management • Ongoing projects include: Flagship Fellows Program, Background Check Program, CRM implementation, Talent Acquisition Affinity Group, New Hire OrientationProgram

• Managed executive hiring team for TripAdvisor and all portfolio companies globally. • Managed hiring team for Core Experience Business Unit (main focus on product, marketing/creative) • Managed global sourcing team (main focus on engineering and product)
• Own executive hiring for TripAdvisor and all portfolio companies globally. • Manage recruiting for roles at all levels in finance, HR, legal and operations. • Hired first Equity, Diversity and Inclusion leader and act as liaison from Talent Acquisition for ED&I programs. • Key member of team on major initiatives including New Hire Orientation program, recruiter training and talent mapping projects.
Responsibilities include: - Personally source and close candidates for VP-level, technical, sales, bd, account, etc. - Doubled the company size in last 18 months - Maintain hiring plan and report to sr. management and the board on recruiting milestones - Manage onboarding for new employees - Oversaw redesign of corporate structure including compensation and hiring planning
Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for senior level talent. Specific focus on the Product Management Organization. - Lead Senior-Level hiring for the LinkedIn Product Organization. - Develop innovative sourcing strategies and work with a matrixed team to identify and recruit candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Pipeline, cold calling, social media research, networking, etc. - Conduct extensive research project identifying all relevant senior level product management talent in the Bay Area. Use this research to create a long-term pipelining strategy for the organization.
