As the Vendor Manager for Events, I served as the lead contact for event vendor partners including sourcing, contract negotiation, onboarding, and technical training while optimizing their in app user experience. I had the opportunity to cultivate and enhance an events marketplace full of unique virtual and hybrid event experiences to fulfill both business needs and customer requests. Here are a few highlights: • Worked directly with product engineering teams to identify and troubleshoot bugs leading to process improvement, and created app feature requests to streamline the vendor user experience and productivity. • Strategically grew the Events Marketplace offerings by 40% by curating and onboarding 36% specialized vendors based on business needs and customer requests. • Supported customers by creating custom events, curating event assortments, and day of logistical troubleshooting between the vendor and registrants
• Produced large scale events and intimate experiences for club members and guests including club pick up parties, virtual tastings, summer music series and vineyard walks • Managed the daily operations including sales, member retention, shipping, stocking, transfer logistics, inventory management, and customer service for a ~5,000 member wine club • Created content including physical and digital assets for promotions and social media, along with email/text campaigns reaching ~8,000 club members and subscribers • Analyzed daily revenue reports to relay data and key metrics to staff to motivate them towards sales and club sign up goals
