Conducting a thorough checking on the RFQ’s received by considering BOQ’s, Specs, Drawings and other related documents. Managing travel bookings and visa application. Attending Trade Fair Show overseas to search out more items that will be suitable in our shop and the needs of our clients. Meeting our suppliers to discuss and negotiate with them our orders and checking each quality as well. Coordinates purchase orders with our accounts department. Preparing Packing List and Invoice for shipments and delivery notes for delivery within the country. Assisting customers coming in to our showroom and present to them our products by endorsing items to give them a wide scope of selection that might be suitable on what they need. Communicating with our customers and clients for orders and payments within the country and abroad. Coordinates all sales staff concerns to the storekeeper and Scheduling shipments and deliveries . Organizing daily staff schedule in all the shop and Helped in giving a training for the Sales staff. Handling customer complain.
