• Coordinate and execute the internal events for LinkedIn’s New York office located in the Empire State Building. • Manage over 10 complex conference room calendars on requests for Global Manager meeting, Company All Hands, LinkedIn Talent Solution and Marketing Solutions in New York, Chicago and Toronto with high level of detail. • Assist and support with team meetings, trainings, daily reports and summary logs, as well as assist clients with registration and signage. • Provide comprehensive administrative support for Event Team staff in 5 U.S cities. Respond to client concerns and questions in a courteous and efficient manner. • Liaison between clients and tech department to ensure proper tech set up for each event. • Create daily set up sheets for all set up staff for both simple and complex corporate events. • Maintain accurate records of all events and event communication using Jira database and ServiceNow.
