Mercury United Frequency Products: Market target accounts using frequency products to obtain design in (Concept to design, design to proto-type then production, or provide alternative solutions to products that have gone end of life with Mercury United high quality, high efficiency and cost effective solutions of crystals and oscillators. Indirect responsibilities include assisting A/P in collections of past due invoices from key accounts, assisting V.P. of Sales in overall marketing strategies and sales promotions.

What an amazing ride over 12 years and 9 months, only to be laid off due to COVID-19. My responsibilities were to create, motivate, coach and inspire high energy co-ed class sizes of 25 - 30 24 Hour Fitness members in a 50 minute to one hour replicated outdoor ride, indoors 7 times a week in 5 days time which were later reduced to 2 times a week. 24 Hour Fitness Cycle Certification October 1997 Schwinn® Indoor Cycling MPOWER™ Certification February 2016 Innovative: From day one to present, launched a successful business plan on my own utilizing social media to network class schedules with members to drive the energy prior to classes and increase class sizes at each of the locations I'm at. The results were not only larger class sizes, members began and continue to invite their friends to come join the classes! Each class requires specific music selection based on Demographics, where my music and athletic talents come into play. Music is the key element in addition to my positive and motivational energy portrayed to all members, whether first time, advanced or pro. I provide education how to set the bike up, ride safe and use resistance coupled with specific drills for each song to achieve a complete body work out on spinning bike. My mantra is "It's not how fast you go, it's how hard you work!" My personal results through the intensity of the classes I provide have resulted in a total weight loss of 50 pounds.
