As the head of global insider risk investigations at McKinsey & Company, I lead a team of investigators who handle a variety of cases involving IP theft, cyber threats and geopolitical risks. I leverage my extensive background in investigations, analysis, risk management, and liaison with governmental entities to ensure the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and safety at McKinsey. Before joining McKinsey, I headed the EMEA Insider Threat program at Tesla and led country risk assessment for the IKEA franchisor. Prior to pivoting to the private sector, I had a distinguished career as a UN political/war crimes investigator, with experience working on sensitive and complex international investigations. In all my positions, I have contributed to the development and implementation of global investigations policy and procedures, as well as the training and mentoring of new investigators and analysts.
