VC firm managing 13 portfolio companies through early-stage financing with over RM15 million invested, while being supported under Jelawang Capital, Malaysia's national fund-of-funds Some of the work done here include: Producing a portfolio review deck for our Limited Partners (LPs) Conducting due diligence and preparing investment memos for potential seed-stage investments Researching sector-agnostic markets to identify high-growth opportunities across brick-and-mortar companies for the firm's upcoming RM60 million fund establishment During my time at The Hive, I got to be involved with The Hive's Global AI Village (GAIV), in partnership with Malaysia's National AI Office (NAIO). I assisted in the development of an AI-powered agriculture copilot designed for Malaysian paddy farmers, contributing to the project through platform testing and curating relevant datasets to ensure the tool provided locally appropriate insights for the farmers.
