Cornell LLM graduate currently focusing on contract law as in-house analyst in the USA office of Erixmar, an Italian shipping company. I have had exposure to securities law and also sanctions` compliance. Contract Analyst. I draft and review shipment contracts between Italy and USA. I deal with many US authorities such as FDA.
I worked as intern in the legal department for Investment banking. I also had the chance to work with the broker dealer and with compliance for KYC procedures. Was a great experience which tought more about finance and corporate law. I drafted NDA’s and review them ( redline) I had the chance to understand and read a full credit agreement in order to issue a revolving credit facility. With the broker dealer I did research on SEC rules and Finra keeping up to date my supervisor with any changes that could potentially fines us. Lastly I worked in compliance to understand all the regulatory standards and kyc procedures that a bank has to follow when opening a line of credit with different countries.
I work as trainee lawyer on cases and legal research. I also come in touch with criminal trials which allowed me to understand better the criminal procedure. I also applied the following laws: - Law 231 Law on the Liability of entities - Law on market manipulation ( MAD I& MAD II) - collecting evidence and wiretapping for criminal trails - Insider trading cases - bank secret act legal research for the firm
