OXAGON, the future of industrial cities built on renewable energy, is a NEOM region. It will contribute to NEOM’s and Saudi Arabia’s vision to diversify the economy towards a knowledge-based economy (see www.NEOM.com). Responsible for the direction of deals from identification/qualification through to the signing of legally binding documents with a focus on OXAGON’s sustainable food production manufacturing cluster reaching out to the identified prioritized globally leading manufacturing companies, discussing and negotiating at a global C-suite level. At the same time, it is required the leading of specific initiatives aiming at building the general OXAGON manufacturing ecosystem and implement/improve internal processes. This requires the Identification of specific needs of these manufacturing companies to enable successful attraction to OXAGON, eventually leading to the localization of their manufacturing activities. A very complex business proposal is required, not limited to manufacturing localization but including e.g., research and development, talent sourcing and development, co-development of products.
Responsible for the Sales Direction of Diversified Food & Health within JBT FoodTech. Management, training, motivation and guidance to the team of Latin America. Definition of reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the team, aligned with the interest of the organization, looking for performance improvement exceeding sales KPIs. Collection of customer feedback and provision updates to Presidents per business unit and C-suite of Diversified Food & Health Division in USA. Travel to potential and existing customers within the sales area to present JBT offerings and build brand awareness, and close sales. Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers. Implementation of sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects. Cost and financial analysis for division in the region (P&L), assessing business stability and profitability. Part of Management team on the subsidiary and sales board for the division.
In this position: Through the formulation and implementation of strategies and processes of sales and channel direction, including 49 channels, capturing more lucrative business opportunities for Thermal Equipment for all application markets in assigned region.
