Guided the creation and implementation of the Technology and Knowledge Management Master Plan, aimed at restructuring the operation of technology and knowledge management areas, developed a high performance team, ensuring information security and the creation of the information office of projects and governance, with the client's experience, efficiency and mobility as its cornerstones.
