Based on DPI3, I’m responsible for a cluster of 10 sites in North West of Italy: Piedmont with DPI2-3-5, Lombardy with DLO1-2-3–4-7-8 and Liguria with DLG1. Mainly skilled in: - assets and spares management, preventative maintenance planning, and implementation of maintenance standards through CMMS, Computerized Maintenance Management System. - Cost reduction to spare parts - Compiling equipment information, performance metrics and KPIs and machine histories, and making recommendations for improvements to the entire network based on my findings.
