Support, service and maintain Honeywell Product such as TDC3000, Experion, Safety Manager (SM), Fail-Safe Controller (FSC), Trident - Tristation, Field Device Manager (FDM), OPCMark, APP, AAM, PHD, DOC3000, DOC4000, Networking, Managed OS security and site commissioning. • Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses and repairs faults. • Be the initial focal point for customer technical inquiries • Attend the customer site on request and respond to requirements • Manage, log and track system issues • Identifying sales and service opportunities. Keep the customer fully informed of possible system enhancements and upgrade paths • Able to manage assigned contracts and jobs both technically and financially • Providing technical support to peers, which may include other technical representatives, Account Managers, Project Engineers • Small project management – Projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the desired quality standards • Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information • Performance of duties outside of normal working hours • Reporting near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement • Hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures Project involvement - Small project support for other states. - Support CLM to ESVT Upgrade for ConocoPhillips Bayu Undan (Connection between Platform WP1 to CUQ) - Control System Upgrade from Experion R301.1 to R400.2 for ConocoPhillips Darwin LNG - Upgrade 2x single FSC to 2x Redundant FSC on ConocoPhillips Darwin LNG Simulation Systems - Site Support Bayu Undan 2014 Shutdown - Control and Network system upgrade. - Site Support DLNG 2015 Shutdown - Control and Network system upgrade (Physical to Virtualization). - Site Support Woodside NRC 2016 Shutdown - Control and Network system upgrade (Physical to Virtualization).
