INVENTORY CONTROL Familiar with all aspects of stock/inventory control including LIFO, FIFO etc. CUSTOMER ORDER'S Packing/dispatching order's to accurate and tight deadlines. D.G.S.A. Trained to the Standard's as a Dangerous Good's Safety Advisor. A multi-skilled, diligent and efficient Technical warehouse operator working with in excess of 20 years experience gained whilst working for a leading multi-national company in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth functioning and day to day running of all Warehousing\logistic activities. Highly motivated with excellent communication skill’s working in a methodical and tidy manner. Paying attention to detail with a comprehensive understanding of material\ stock management Techniques and inventory control method and procedures.
Logistics
• Takes Responsibility for receipt\ checking\ Labelling\ Sampling of Raw Material’s\ Intermediate and finished products to a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. . • Loading and unloading of waste and New Bulk Tankers, liaising with QC (Quality Control) on approving bulk Containers before the off-loading begins whilst ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. • Regularly carrying out stock control cycle count’s on a weekly/monthly basis being assisted with financial Auditor’s in attendance. • Picking, packing, palletizing and Dispatch of Customer Order’s whilst working to tight deadlines. • Dispensing and issuing of raw materials/intermediates for use in batch record manufacturing production. • Participation in a Tier process with the scheduling of the days/week’s work ahead and also assisting in Problem solving and root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects. • Assisting Indaver (waste contractor) in preparation of waste loads for Disposal including recycling of cardboard, plastic, and loads for incineration off site.
