Main Role: Product Manager responsible for driver-facing products, including the Driver App, MDT and Cabby Portal. Achievements: • Spearheaded the end-to-end modernisation of the Driver App, covering user workshops, UI/UX redesign, scalability improvements, and security enhancements. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams of over 30 members, including product managers, business analysts, tech leads, UI/UX designers and business stakeholders to deliver a major system overhaul built on multiple microservices. • Integrated the legacy Advance Job (AJ) bidding app into the new Driver App, enabling the decommissioning of the standalone AJ platform. • Standardised the user experience across all driver-facing products and built a cross-ecosystem platform supporting seamless features, such as in-app map navigation and messaging between drivers and passengers. • Served as Release Manager for driver-related products, ensuring timely and coordinated rollouts.
Main Role: Product Manager overseeing Carro’s Singapore Leasing Product and Regional C2B Car Selling Platform, with a focus on improving product visibility, operational efficiency, and user conversion. Achievements: • Launched a real-time leasing inventory display on Carro’s website, replacing a static “Contact Us” page, significantly increasing user engagement and transparency. • Developed an internal leasing operations portal that streamlined the end-to-end workflow, from vehicle listing to digital contract signing, resulting in faster lease processing and improved team productivity. • Integrated AI-powered car valuation models into the C2B flow, enabling dynamic price estimates and reducing seller drop-off rates by encouraging completion of in-person inspections.
Main Role: Product Manager working closely with the Head of Growth to drive digital initiatives that connect ComfortDelGro’s core mobility services with emerging non-mobility offerings. Achievements: • Participated in early-stage workshops to define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the Zig passenger app, gathering user insights through surveys and interviews to shape product direction. • Developed detailed product requirement documents and collaborated with UI/UX designers and tech leads to successfully launch the Zig app.
Main Role: Managed operations and bookings for Tekong’s ferry and cargo ship transport as the Sea Ferry In-Charge. Achievements: • Streamlined an inefficient, email-based booking process by automating it with Excel Macros, significantly improving accuracy and reducing administrative workload. • Initiated and pitched the concept of a mobile app to replace manual ferry and cargo bookings across MINDEF. • The proposal won 1st place at Army Innovation Day 2019, securing SGD 1 million in funding for development and MINDEF-wide implementation.
Main Role: Developed test cases to support the rollout of CPF’s newly modernised system. Achievements: • Designed and implemented an Excel Macro to automate test case creation, significantly improving efficiency and ensuring consistency across test scenarios. • Created another Macro that executes test cases within the system and generates detailed Word reports, including test results and embedded screenshots reducing manual effort and turnaround time for documentation.
