Main activities: - Planning and scheduling of incoming and outgoing goods flows for GDO - Determination of the stock control system - Definition of supply chain optimization plans (mainly for the reduction of lead time) - Negotiation of logistics solutions with logistics service providers and costumers - Supply chain monitoring and control - Planning of the integrated logistic cycle of incoming and outgoing goods - Monitoring of KPI (service level, costumer satisfaction, cost to serve, service strategy, etc.) and identifying areas for improvement - Act as an operational interface by proactively managing the relationship with the customer - Support in customer management by applying end-to-end process improvement methods (VMI, Shelf availability, CPFR)
