Passionate about technology, economics, languages, and cultures, I began my career as a data analyst at CamperVan Rental Off (formerly CamperBoys) in Munich. From there, I took the next step in my professional journey as a Solutions Architect at MongoDB in Barcelona, joining the Remote Solution Center. Alongside working on exciting and impactful projects, lifelong learning and continuous growth is a priority for me.
As part of the Remote Solution Center team we are driving customer success across the entire customer journey, from early-stage engagements to post-sales support, with a focus on building long-term, scalable solutions for businesses worldwide. Key areas of my expertise include: - Systems Design & Architecture: Advising on infrastructure, schema patterns, and best practices to create scalable, reliable systems using MongoDB. - Future-Proofing AI Workloads: Helping customers future-proof their businesses by leveraging MongoDB Atlas’ vector store and vector search capabilities, enabling them to efficiently handle AI-driven workloads at scale. - Sales Collaboration: Supporting sales activities through technical workshops, deep dives, proofs of concept, sizing, while building strong relationships with technical champions across multiple accounts. - Global Reach & Multilingual Communication: I work with international clients across various regions and am fluent in English, German, and Spanish, enabling seamless communication and fostering strong relationships with customers worldwide. - Executive Communication: Translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for management and C-level executives. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Bridging the gap between field teams and product teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Competitive Analysis, to drive impactful solutions.
With proficiency in tools like Retool (SQL/JS), Excel, Jupyter Notebooks (Python) and Tableau I spearheaded transformative initiatives across various departments, designing and implementing dynamic dashboards. This initiative significantly enhanced revenue streams by identifying opportunities in yield management, incremental upselling, damage management, customer targeting, and correlation analysis, fostering a more data-driven organizational culture. Delving into Data Engineering, I undertook the responsibility of enhancing the existing data infrastructure. I strategically designed Apps/GUIs in Retool to capture and manage detailed data for a fleet of 1000+ vehicles in the logistics and cleaning sectors. This endeavor not only refined my Data Engineering skills but also contributed to the optimization of operational processes.
After successfully completing my Erasmus semester at the University of Almería, I was given the opportunity to do an Erasmus internship at the language school Camino Barcelona. My tasks were divided into administration, where I welcomed new students and coordinated with the host families, sales, where I contacted former students from the DACH region and dealt with German contact enquiries, and events, where we organised daily activities with the students such as cooking classes, wine tasting and guided tours of Barcelona together with the teachers. I was able to strengthen my skills in the areas of communication, customer service, event management as well as the Spanish language.
