About

My name is Leon Chalupa, entrepreneur, startup founder and product leader with a strong engineering background, focused on architecting long-term, scalable technology ecosystems and infrastructure that shape how industries operate and evolve. I work from first principles, combining systems thinking with disciplined execution to translate vision into operable technology platforms and transform raw data into durable, value-creating systems. My focus is not incremental improvement, but defining new structures where technology, design, and human behavior intersect at scale. Influenced and inspired by a lineage of builders, like Walt Disney and Ferdinand Porsche, who reshaped entire industries by uniting imagination with engineering rigor, turning bold ideas into systems people didn’t know they needed, but couldn’t live without. My belief is that the next generation of breakthrough inventions, technology founders and industrial leaders will be defined by curiosity, imagination paired with engineering discipline, and ambition matched by responsibility. A central element of my long-term vision for society, is enabling underrepresented and overlooked young talent to develop entrepreneurial thinking and strong technological foundations, building both opportunity and long-term independence. The philosophy behind how I operate :
 Defining New Worlds.
 Turning Vision into Reality.
 Inventing the Impossible.
