I am a Senior Staff Nurse at Alexandra Hospital (NUHS) with interests in nursing informatics, clinical systems, digital health, and healthcare transformation. My work focuses on bridging clinical practice with healthcare technology to improve workflows, patient safety, and operational efficiency. I currently serve as a Credentialed Trainer for the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) and lead ward-level Nursing Informatics initiatives while contributing to the hospital-wide Nursing Informatics Team. I hold a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) with Honours (Merit) from the National University of Singapore and am currently pursuing a full-time Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics at NUS under the FY2025 NUHS Formal Qualification Programme sponsorship through Alexandra Hospital. I have also completed the Executive Certificate in Healthcare Improvement via Informatics. My interests include: • Clinical Informatics • Electronic Health Records (EHR) • Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) • Healthcare Data Standards and Interoperability • Healthcare AI and Digital Transformation • Workflow Optimisation and Patient Safety Beyond clinical practice, I am passionate about healthcare innovation, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I participated in the Healthy Longevity Talent Incubator (HLTI) and continue supporting healthcare education and future healthcare professionals through outreach and mentorship activities. I believe technology should support, not replace, human-centred healthcare, and I hope to contribute toward safer, smarter, and more connected healthcare systems in the future.
