1.Assign in assembly,wiring & testing of SIEMENS 8BK80, Elimsan hv panel,Sivacon, Falcon - low voltage, medium voltage,high voltage panel,capacitor bank,mcc panels. 2.Conduct components testing like current transformer,potential transformer, mccb trip test. 3.Performed field service works and solving site technical problems. 4.Troubleshooting of electrical non conformance defects. 5.Assist during testing &commissioning of HV/LV panels. 6. Do preventive maintenance of HV/MV/LV Panel. 7. Engrave nameplate using vision machine. 8.Assembly of panels,fixing busbars 9.Attending kharama shutdown & maintenane operations.(siemens,elimsan panel) 10.Rectifying any mulfunction & damages like earthing switch,gearbox.charging motors.solenoid vacuum circuit breaker etc. 11.Advise good & appropriate installation .
1.Laying out of components and wireducts,preparation of wire,wiring and termination of components conforming to the released approved drawing. 2.Checking and coordinating with the manufacturing engineer all lacking parts.error in drawing and /or any problem encountered in the wiring process. 3.Conduct component testing.( MCCB,CTs.PTs) 4.Install power wiring cable. 5.Assemble fabricated parts as per standard manufactured panels. 6.Performed busbar assembly based on the designed detailed drawings. 7.Read and understand schematic diagram of electrical circuits. 8.Coordinates and recommend to manufacturing enginer in resolving issued that hamper or affect product quality and on time delivery. 9.Performed duties that may assigned by the manufacturing engineer. 10.Performed field service works.
