Responsible for the foundation and growth of Sim Post in New York (now Picture Shop) , I fulfilled the role of General Manager. My leadership was key in driving operational growth from a single staff member to a dynamic team, demonstrating my ability to build and manage high-performing teams. My responsibilities extended to budgeting, reporting P&L, OpEx, and Revenue, showcasing my strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills. I also led sales and business development, contributing to consistent year-on-year increases in revenue and project completion rates.
