As Intern of the Managing Director, I managed projects as a cross-function between several departments and support the MD administration. In this role, I used my inter-cultural experience in Korea and somehow help creating bridges between two rather different worlds.
I analyzed processes in the development department for electronic control units of diesel and gasoline engines produced in Korea. Production of mini- and test series had to be reviewed and monitored. I described processes, organized workshops to promote information share and workflow management and supported on online collaboration tools within the team.
