Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark

About

I work at the intersection of intellectual property, software, and business strategy, helping companies turn IP from a managed asset into a driver of decisions, strategy, and growth. I am currently Strategic IP Manager at Breeze IP, where we combine modern IP management software with deep domain expertise to help companies better manage, understand, and act on their IP portfolios. My focus is on connecting IP insight to real business outcomes—working closely with leadership to translate technology, data, and expert judgment into decisions. Before Breeze IP, I spent five years at ROCKWOOL Group in a global, regulated industrial context, then served as Acting Head of IP at Aquaporin — transforming the IP function into a governed, compliant business enabler aligned with corporate strategy. With 10 years’ experience across three continents, I’ve built and supported strategies spanning regulated innovation and product lifecycles — including partnerships and co-development, invention harvesting, drafting, prosecution, licensing, commercialization, compliance, and regulatory oversight. I bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution, working closely with leadership teams to translate complexity into clear, actionable direction. 🌍 Denmark | Remote / Nordic collaboration 🔹 What I Bring 🧠 Strategic Legal & IP Leadership → Clear, actionable governance and compliance frameworks that align law with business 🤝 Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration → Bridging legal, tech & business across borders 📈 Practical, Scalable Solutions → From workflows to awareness tools to AI-powered strategy frameworks 🔹 Select Highlights ✔ Acting Head of IP at Aquaporin — transformed the IP function into a governed, compliant business enabler aligned with corporate strategy ✔ Delivered €500,000+ in cost savings through data-driven portfolio strategy and process optimization ✔ Created a globally viewed LEGO®-themed IP workshop — engaging 29,000+ ✔ Board Member, CEIPI IP Business Academy Open Foresight Board — most recently in live conversation with Prof. Alexander Wurzer (June 2026) on IP as a strategic decision layer ✔ Trusted advisor to founders and executive teams — integrating IP with product, licensing, compliance, and go-to-market strategy 📬 Open to conversations with founders and leaders working at the intersection of IP, technology, and business strategy 🚀 Founder of The Fractional CIPO™ — Because IP Deserves a Seat at the Table
