I am a dedicated Mental Health Case Worker with a degree in Special Care Counselling and over four years of hands-on experience supporting individuals across all ages and backgrounds. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep belief that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported on their mental health journey. Throughout my career, I’ve guided clients navigating borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and emotional regulation challenges. I specialize in helping individuals build coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self-worth. I create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel seen and empowered. I approach each person with compassion, patience, and a trauma-informed lens, tailoring support to their unique needs and goals. Whether I’m coordinating care, advocating for services, or providing one-on-one support, my mission is to make mental health care accessible, human, and healing. Passionate about: • Trauma-informed care • Emotional regulation & skill-building • Crisis intervention • Client advocacy • Long-term stabilization and recovery If you’re looking to collaborate, connect, or simply open a conversation about mental health work, I’d love to connect. Together, we can create meaningful change and support stronger, healthier communities. I hold professional certifications in First Aid & CPR, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), Safe Handling (PDSP), and the ACT (Acceptance and commitment training) program. These credentials demonstrate my commitment to safe, trauma-informed, and supportive care practices across diverse client settings. I hold a degree in Special Care Counselling from Champlain College. I am fluently bilingual in both English and French (written, read & spoken).
