I am a Creative Producer, Consultant and Coach with over twenty years experience of supporting individuals and organisations in the arts, fashion and media to realise their vision and potential. I am also currently Programme Director and Senior Lecturer for the BA (Hons) Theatre & Social Change at Rose Bruford College. I work on diverse projects in various roles across the creative industries including the arts, community engagement, education, fashion, photography, film and technology. I have a passion for working with people and facilitating their vision into dynamic, engaging projects full of creativity and innovation.

On the BA in Theatre and Social Change (Hons) designed by Professor Brian Lobel at Rose Bruford College. I provided a mix of academic and pastoral support to the incredible students on the course. I also designed, developed and taught on the Creative Facilitation and Producing Change modules. Along with this - I programmed events and establish external partnerships - all focused on collaboration, social practice, community engagement, creative empowerment and social change.

Production Manager for artist Brian Lobel on BINGE @ La Jolla Playhouse USA & Fierce Festival Birmingham UK and 24 Italian Songs and Arias at Rich Mix, London Artist, Curator, Producer on MotherSong - An ongoing mobile participatory sound and performance installation hosting a soundscape of lullaby songs that explore the intimate relationship between empathy and wellbeing in motherhood. @ First Floor Space Gallery Croydon and Bainbridge Studios for Dulwich Festival 2018 Producer & Creative Consultant for Visual artist Tom Norman's solo exhibition "Urbanature" at Jeannie Avent Gallery, London Project Manager and Producer for Magic Me's Journeys Project entitled” Are We There Yet”. This was an intergenerational performance installation performed at Oxford House, Bethnal Green. The project was led by theatre artists Emma Higham and filmmaker Chuck Blue Lowry who worked with 20 students from two schools in Tower Hamlet schools and 20 older participants from Bromley by Bow and Fern St Settlement to explore the theme of Journeys.
As a Creative Leadership Coach - I work with people from all walks of life, with a particular interest in working with Black and Global Majority creative professionals. I coach artists and creative professionals to connect with their vision, gain clarity, lead with compassion and find the courage to make bold decisions to move forward with increased confidence in their careers, creative practice and personal lives.
Participatory Artist/Creative Facilitator on Intergenerational arts projects with Magic Me - The UK's leading provider of intergenerational arts. Currently Creative Lead on a 3 year project on Arts and Ages Tower Hamlets in collaboration with visual artist Liane Harris working with partners - Coopers Court Care Home and Halley Primary School. Lead artist on other past intergenerational arts projects at Jewish Care Arts, the Museum of Childhood, Tower Hamlet Homes and Oxford House Gallery.
Speech Bubbles Drama practitioner and Training Associate with Half Moon Theatre and London Bubble - using drama to work with children with communication delay. Planning and delivering drama workshops with KS1 students aiding their communication and confidence skills; Evaluating and assessing the development of students' listening, attention and participation throughout the scheme.
