Role: - Delivers successful onboardings for enterprise customers & strategic partners - Leads as the technical advisor for customer onboardings on implementation guidance, architecture review, enablement, production readiness assessments, and best practices - Runs discovery sessions with customers/prospects to explore areas where Workato can bring values to their business - Develops and maintains assets for best practices, design, and implementation patterns - Works closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identifies opportunities for Workato platform enhancements - Accelerates development for roadmap features to address specific customer requirements Domain knowledge: iPaaS, Middleware, Microservices, Integration Architecture Patterns, Web Services Technologies, Slack/Teams Bots, API Management, ETL/ELT, Rest API, Cloud Services Professional Certification: AWS Certified Solution Architect (Associate)
Role: - Leads the solution consultation for customers on different modules in ServiceNow (e.g. ITSM, CSM, Field Service, Custom Apps, Domain Separation, and Knowledge Management) - Acts as SME in RPA (AutomationAnywhere) solution consultation to customers and internal stakeholders - Contributes collectively to process discovery, requirement gathering, feasibility study, and POC at the pre-sales stage Domain Knowledge: Robotic Process Automation, Digital Workflows, OCR Professional Certification: ServiceNow Certified (System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist, CSM Implementation Specialist) and AutomationAnywhere Certified (Advanced RPA Professional, Master RPA Professional)
