As a Platform Architect, I specialize in designing and implementing robust data platform solutions that cater to both on-premises data centers and public cloud providers. My expertise spans across applications deployed in virtual machines, containers, and cloud-native applications. In this role, I help customers to design a multi-cloud architecture that addresses key data challenges such as data consistency, performance, reliability, security and day-2 operations such as lifecycle management.
Kubernetes orchestrates cloud native apps. Portworx orchestrates data in Kubernetes and provides enterprise capabilities such as Disaster Recovery, Backup and Cross-Platform Data Replication to cloud native apps. Portworx is the Cloud Native App-centric Data Management solution for Kubernetes, for Multi-Cloud. In this role, I am responsible for driving the cloud native storage business in Asia-Pacific, including Japan. I build the partner ecosystem to help our customers to achieve agility in their business and stay competitive in today's fast-changing world.
In this role, I helped VMware partners to build multi-cloud service offerings based on VMware Tanzu portfolio, focusing on Kubernetes, Cloud Native Application Development and Deployment across multiple cloud providers. Some of the key technologies include Cloud Native Buildpacks, Spring Cloud, Istio service mesh, Kubernetes and VMware Cloud.
In this role, I help enterprises to build and manage an effective multi-year, multi-cloud strategy; covering from infrastructure automation and management to agile application framework with intrinsic security.
