Acting general counsel and member of leadership team of business areas generating over $1B in global revenue. - Led M&A and venture transactions consolidating reseller channels from multiple acquisitions into “one stop shops,” growing revenue from $7M to $38M. - Provided strategic guidance as integral member of senior leadership team that grew ARR from $12M to $124M, including advising on perpetual license to subscription transformation, license compliance, and e-commerce. - Oversaw China-related legal matters across Trimble, including navigating tricky IP issues in strategic agreement that showcased Trimble’s digital construction platform on the new Beijing Daxing Airport, with an estimated total construction cost of ~$17B. - Integrated legal functions from multiple acquisitions and restructured the team into a high-performing unit, providing exceptional support to a high growth $220M revenue business area, with $180M in ARR. - Guided senior executives on competition law “rules of engagement” in doing business with major competitors. - Chosen as legal advisor to Trimble Product Management Council, comprised of senior product-thought leaders. - Executive sponsor to Trimble's Asian Pacific Islander Collective employee resource network, with a mission to provide a safe space and grow leadership pipeline.

- Advised real estate development companies and distributed wind-energy funds on corporate, securities and reorganization matters, including preparation of private placement memorandums and development of financial models. -Reviewed form of power purchase agreements, equipment supply and development contracts, and other agreements for distributed wind-energy projects. - Researched and applied for federal and state sources of non-dilutive funding and government incentives on behalf of venture capital fund’s portfolio companies.
