My years leading sales and operations at Growth Tribe and Management Events gave me expertise in the Nordic education and B2B matchmaking sectors, teaching me how to align sales, marketing, and leadership toward a unified North Star. We founded Gaidor to challenge the traditional friction between when decision-makers want to buy and when solution providers want to sell. Over the first 2.5 years, we successfully created a new market category for decision-maker-driven meeting booking. As a Co-Founder and CGO, I was involved in every aspect of building the company from scratch, with a primary focus on scaling solution provider sales, designing the sales processes, and shaping our unique business model. Key Achievements: ⚫Financial Growth: Achieved 100% YoY net sales growth for consecutive years. ⚫Pricing Strategy: Successfully increased unit prices during the last year while maintaining high customer retention by effectively communicating our broader value proposition. ⚫Market Traction: Onboarded over 100 solution providers to the platform and achieved an exceptional NPS of over 80, building a highly loyal community of key stakeholders. ⚫Operational Leadership: Built the company strategy, budgeting, financial modeling, and corporate governance frameworks from the ground up.
Following the acquisition of Growth Tribe Finland by MySpeaker in Spring 2022, I played a key role in integrating our growth education offering into the parent company's portfolio before transitioning to maternity leave. Key Responsibilities & Outcomes: ⚫M&A Integration: Co-created the operational processes for cross-company collaboration, harmonized incentive and commission structures, and built the strategic campaign to relaunch the company to the market. ⚫Key Account Management: Heavily involved in delivering high-impact learning programs to our largest domestic and international enterprise clients. ⚫Subject Matter Expertise: Deepened my expertise in the Nordic education market and Growth Hacking methodologies. Acquired hands-on experience in driving growth through cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and product development.
Responsible for building a sustainable sales model and scaling the sales team for the Finnish market. In Fall 2021, I stepped up to manage daily operations and assumed full P&L responsibility as the CEO transitioned to maternity leave. Key Achievements: ⚫ Crisis Leadership & M&A: When the franchisor unexpectedly shifted its strategy, I successfully maintained business continuity, continued selling to existing and new clients, and took part in the process of finding a new parent company (leading to the MySpeaker merger). ⚫Record-Breaking Sales: Closed the largest individual agreement with an international client in the history of the Finnish organization during this transitional period. ⚫Market Positioning: Drove steady growth in new client acquisition and EBITA, establishing a clear position in the Nordic growth education market.
Following the successful virtual pivot, I transitioned to become the face of our Finnish virtual operations. Product Development: Developed the standards for virtual event moderation, setting a new benchmark for script quality and live broadcast hosting for our executive delegates.
