About

Operations and Human Resources Executive with more than twenty years of experience leading organizational execution, workforce scale, and performance across manufacturing, technology, education, and regulated financial services. I currently lead Ironclad Solutions, where I provide executive-level operations and workforce leadership to organizations navigating growth, transition, and operational maturity. My career reflects repeated trust with scale, revenue, and organizational risk. I have scaled national organizations across twelve states, expanded workforces from approximately two hundred to more than one thousand employees in four months, supported revenue growth from approximately three hundred thousand dollars to thirty-eight million dollars, contributed to a two-point-five-million-dollar seed funding round, and led enterprise human resources during a thirty-month hostile merger and two-hundred-eighty-five-million-dollar acquisition. Within one year of that merger, the organization was recognized as a Top 10 Best Place to Work based on independent employee surveys. At Ironclad Solutions, I work directly with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to build operating systems that work in the real world. This includes operating rhythms, performance metrics, accountability frameworks, compensation alignment, and workforce execution. My focus is on ensuring strategy translates into delivery and that leaders are accountable for results. Earlier in my career, I served in executive leadership roles within the United States Navy Submarine Force, where I held responsibility for the health, well-being, and operational readiness of six submarines and approximately one thousand personnel. I led teams executing two missions vital to national security and earned two Presidential Unit Citations. That experience continues to shape my leadership approach around accountability, trust, and execution under pressure.
