Manage and service both internal and external key potential clients/accounts for the company to increase online awareness, branding, revenue and to market the company properties via e-commerce platforms & digital assets. 3. Generate revenue by planning and executing, weekly/monthly promotional online campaigns, participating in online deals, cross brand promotion via e-Bundling and viral mediums as well as providing viral strategy planning. 4. Merging with the digital executions and manage agencies to run digital ads by reaching potential consumers & then redirect them either to the respective brand websites or Ecommerce sites. Also understanding online consumers journey & behavior by analyzing each completed campaign to further optimize reached & spends for future campaigns.
• Monitor daily F&N Store, third party stores, such as Lazada & Shopee order flow and assure orders are cleared through the system. Interact with logistics, finance, and IT as needed to resolve issues • Lead effort to drive organic growth plans and activity • Position ecommerce effort as value added service to the Portfolio Managers and secure buy in & investment in growth • Manage eStore content. Proof read new product content and assure it is loaded into Store platform with proper SEO, image size, tags, attributes, etc. in a timely manner aligned with product launch plans • Take a process and metric driven view of the big picture and drive to the specific actions for various activities which will increase traffic and sales • Continue to evolve eCommerce processes and procedures to assure all aspects of the operations are scalable and the highest automation possible • Define with the Digital team, then coordinate/project manage with Portfolio Managers on all F&N Store centered marketing campaigns (email, lead nurturing, SEM/PPC, and social channels) to generate leads and sales • Determine best way to accomplish above campaigns; either from within ecommerce team or via marketing services based on urgency and resource loading. Be willing and able to execute or delegate • Review eCommerce merchandising and other User Experience/User Interface elements (UX/UI) and make recommendations for improvement and develop plans to implement • Need to have a deep understanding and usage of analytics tools available (google, Facebook, etc.) to gauge effectiveness and efficiency of overall marketing & ecommerce merchandising activity.
