Equipped with both engineering and finance backgrounds it allows me to have unique and versatile quality, and gives me a diverse skill set that spans technical and analytical domains. Allowing me to posses a combination of quantitative, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
During my internship period, I have tried out different job scope. Mainly in the soft FM side, some of the things are taking up project (Toiletries and Dropbox etc), answering to Users enquires when they approach the reception area, assisted on the VSA documents, handling APAC (Asia Pacific) stuff by liaising with different countries personnel. One of the main things that I have done are doing up the JLL Playbook and SOP for Bytedance. And lastly, overseeing all activities inside the office building, making sure that health and safety standards are met and arranging for repairs when needed.
