Operations & Account Management - oversee end-to-end account management for 12 Voluntary Health Organisations (VHOs), enduring effective administration of funding, reporting, and programme delivery. - serve as the key point of contact for VHOs, providing strategic guidance on funding frameworks, reporting requirements, and operational processes. - drive compliance and governance by monitoring submissions, budget utilisation, and data reporting, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and timelines. - facilitate cross-stakeholder coordination between VHOs and vendors to support smooth project implementation and issue resolution. - provide advisory support on funding models, contractual matters , and programme requirements through structured engagements and ad-hoc consultation. Project - Survey Adminustration - lead the end-to-end procurement and implementation of survey project initiatives under the ITQ framework. - manage ITQ lifecycle, including documentation, vendor engagement, clarification management, and evaluation of submissions. - drive evaluation and governance process by consolidating assessments and supporting award recommendations. - facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to align VHOs with project objectives, methodologies, and vendor expectations. Project - Community of Practice (CoP) - support the strategic development and procurement of Community of Practice initiatives through ITQ processes. - conduct market scanning and vendor sourcing to identify capable partners aligned with programme objectives. - develop evaluation frameworks and review papers to support transparent and robust procurement decisions. - facilitate internal governance processes, including preparation of procurement documentation to ensure compliance and timely approvals.
Secretariat for Community Chest Committee - Support Committee Chairman and management in the engagement and management of Committee members, which includes term appointments, recognition and regular communication matters. - Plan, arrange and provide Secretariat support for meetings, while supervising support team for logistical arrangements. - Contact point for all matters relating to committee members/ meetings. - In charge of organizing events like end of term appreciation and retreat meeting from researching, sourcing, planning, facilitating till executing the events. - Prepare and present donation status from different revenue for approval to Treasurer.
Senior Executive (Specialist Outpatient Clinic) The main job is to manage and run the Outpatient Dementia Programs for dementia patients. From planning of yearly curriculum, budgeting, implementation, execution till facilitation of the different segments of the program, which includes but not limited to: • Be Programme Lead - Planning of yearly curriculum for GOLD and New You programs (English and Mandarin) which are for patients with mild cognitive impairment and mild dementia. • Established a more productive workflow from organizing patient to come for trial, transiting and discharging patients to community care. • Improved the workflow of running the program by coming up with individual activities for GOLD and New You programs so as to achieve sustainability. • To test/trial the activities for its suitability for patient’s physical and cognitive level. • Collaboration with other departments to organize patient enrichment talks/ excursion. • Maintain updated record of patient progress throughout the time they attend the program. • Coordinating of patient flow to other programs which are for patients in moderate or severe stage. • Involved in engaging patients in inpatient ward on selected days. • Other administrative matters include documentation of all programme related updates, prepare clinic schedule for dementia team doctors and purchasing materials needed for all programs.
Senior Executive (Operations) Management of Dementia Programme (CARITAS) for patients. In-charged of all administrative aspect of running the programme; recruitment, budgeting, asset management, purchasing, process management, relationship and people management, volunteer management and training. • Assisted Project Director in managing project budget e.g. cash flow projection and tracking budget utilization providing constant update and suggestions. • Maintained a professional working relationship with external agencies e.g. business partners, research organizations, government bodies, commercial organizations and learning institutions. Always having information in my fingertips. • Improved the operational flow and proper clearing of payment for home care therapist. • Successfully reached out to various schools and organizations to facilitate training on dementia. • Part of the planning team that rolled out nationwide Dementia Friendly Community Campaign. • Handled all administrative and operational matters.
Responsible for the successful implementation of programmes and integrated strategies to promote activities under the ActiveSG initiative for the north and west zone of Singapore. My responsibilities include but not limited to the following: - Initiated and successfully set up a running interest group in the west zone. - Established and secured marketing partnership with three vendors for the outreach of ActiveSG School Holiday Programmes, within three months of work. - Developed recruitment plans and marketing collaterals for Sports Ambassadors programme. - Prepared advertising and promotional contents for programmes and activities. - Monitoring of budget allocated for each project to ensure expenditure is kept within the budget.
