Ensuring client satisfaction, encouraging positive account growth by way of cross sell, enhancing policy cover or by way of long term strategy. Successfully converting new prospects/clients & currently achieving a considerable new income stream in a very testing market place.
Responsible for the general day-to-day running & growth of an existing commercial insurance account. Involved in liaising between clients, Account Executives & Insurers. Involved with all aspects of commercial insurance within the SME market, including claims (until claims departmentalised).
Involved in looking after & growing a large book of existing clients - 'hi-net worth' personal accounts - affluent/famous clients.
Client facing role, involved in the development of existing personal & commercial accounts - increasing income via cross selling opportunities.
